The Performance Boat Center Skater made it's debut at the Key West World Championships in 2015 after being built at Douglas Marine and rigged at Performance Boat Center in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri. Once on the course, it was proven to be Fast but not yet “Freaky Fast”. The Performance Boat Center team spent the winter and spring months changing the setup of the boat and testing. The following 2016 season started with a win in Cocoa Beach...and it didn't stop there. The unstoppable team would go on to win in Michigan City, Lake of the Ozarks and Marathon as well as bringing home a National Championship and World Championship Title.

This year #21 Performance is on track for another successful season. Taking the checkered flag in Cocoa Beach Fl. as well as Mentor Ohio. The Performance team also secured a second-place finish in Michigan City, MI. and a first place victory in Clearwater, Florida. Veteran Throttle man John Tomlinson and Driver Myrick Coil have the boat dialed in and ready for the next race in Key West, FL, which is the World Championships.            Stay Tuned!
